Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

All items must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Eligible for Return

  • Unworn items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (contact us immediately)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return

Contact Us

Email hello@yorjaly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack your item(s) with the return authorization number and ship to the address provided.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Tip: Place your new order before returning to ensure availability, especially for limited drops.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective/Wrong Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $100.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@yorjaly.com with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) immediately.
