Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. YORYALY is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Restricted Countries: We currently do not ship to countries under trade restrictions or embargoes.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

All packages are insured. We take full responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Address changes may delay processing time by 24 hours.
